Amanda Nottmeier and Noah Lawrence announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. The bride to be is the daughter of Lonnie Nottmeier of Fults and Heidi Guttman of Red Bud. The groom is the son of Stan Lawrence of Corning, Ark., and Dawn Lawrence of Smithton. The couple is planning a wedding for Oct. 31, 2021.
