Norman Mark Bubash, 80, of Waterloo, died Nov. 20, 2014 in Waterloo.

He was born Aug. 7, 1934, in St. Louis, Mo.

Norm was employed by Economy Federal Savings and Loan (now Heartland Savings Bank). He was a U.S. Army veteran stationed in Germany.  He was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Waterloo.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Emil and Anne Bubash, nee Candrl; brother Emil Bubash; and sister Marianne Walbridge.

Surviving are his wife Mary Margaret Bubash, nee Probst and her children, Tim Pals, Steve (Elisa Bossch) Pals, and Kristin (Jeff) Witteborg; two grandsons, Myles and Jake; and his siblings, Joan Bubash, Jeanine (Doug) Pellkan, David Bubash, Beverly Shaw, Patricia Bubash, Michael (Judy) Bubash, Donna (Doug Dorfman) Bubash, and Barbara Bubash.  He was a dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend.

Visitation took place Nov. 24 at Braun Family Funeral Home in Columbia.

A funeral Mass took place Nov. 25 at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Waterloo.

Interment took place at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Mo.
