Kelly Elizabeth McFadin of St. Louis and Donald Jason Rothrock of Saugerties, N.Y., have announced their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Larry and Shirley McFadin of Fults. She is a graduate of Waterloo High School and Skin Institute, and is employed as an esthetician.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Donald and Phyllis Rothrock of Townsville, S.C. He is a graduate of Florida State University.

The couple are planning a Sept. 1, 2013, wedding at Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis.
