Mary M. “Michelle” Mueller, 61, of Waterloo, died June 6, 2016, in Red Bud.

She was born June 19, 1954, in St. Louis, daughter of Virginia Mueller and the late Harold W. Mueller.

Michelle was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, HCE (New Design Unit), National Federation of the Blind (Four Rivers Chapter), and she was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.

She is survived by her mother; sisters and brothers Ron (Ruth Ann) Mueller, Kay (Bill) Theobald, Jeff (Angela) Mueller, and Margaret (Stephen) McFarland; nieces and nephews Sarah (Michael) Karban, Andra (Pete) Dehn, Jonathon (Shelley) McFarland, Nicole (Jordan) Anderson and Jacob McFarland; and aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father and brother Richard H. Mueller.

Visitation is June 10, from 4 to 8 p.m., and June 11, from 9 to 10 a.m.,  at Quernheim Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be June 11, at 10 a.m.,  at St. Paul United Church of Christ, Waterloo, Pastor Merlyn Lawrence officiating.

Interment will follow at Kolmer Memorial Cemetery, Waterloo.

As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to HCE Scholarship Fund (Monroe County) or National Federation of the Blind (Four Rivers Chapter).
