Man seriously injured after falling out of tree

Arch Helicopter transported a 63 year-old man with serious injuries to a St. Louis hospital Thursday after the man reportedly fell out of a tree. The incident occurred at 6626 H Rd., which is just East of Waterloo. The call went out at 3:40 p.m.
