The Republic-Times Athlete of the Week is Columbia High School senior soccer standout Maddie Mauch. With a pair of goals in Thursday’s victory over Roxana, Mauch set a new career goals record for the program with 96 total tallies. Mauch, a McKendree University commit, leads the unbeaten Eagles in scoring this season with 21 goals and 14 assists.
