Brandi A. Kujawa and Tyler N. Bruce of Cape Girardeau, Mo., have announced their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Kenneth and Tamara Kujawa of Waterloo.

She is the county executive director for the United States Department of Agriculture.

The groom-to-be is the son of David and Debbie Bruce of Cape Girardeau, Mo.

He is self-employed.

They are planning a June 14, 2014 wedding.

Tammy is an award-winning Graphic Artist for the Republic-Times. She has worked at the newspaper for almost 15 years, while her and her husband Norman, of 34 years, are owners of Sunderman's Garage in Columbia. She enjoys photography and her five grandchildren.
