Gibault Catholic High School girls basketball player Kendra Davis is this week’s Republic-Times Athlete of the Week.

Davis has consistently led the Hawks in scoring, posting a 20-point game Tuesday night in a narrow 42-40 defeat against Okawville.

She also put up 22 points in a 56-40 win over Dupo on Nov. 25.

Gibault narrowly fell to Metro East Lutheran Thursday night, 52-50. Davis and the Hawks will host Triad on Monday in their next game.
