The Republic-Times Athlete of the Week is Gibault Catholic High School basketball player Kameron Hanvey. The 5-foot-10 sophomore is averaging nearly 14 points per game in addition to 4.3 rebounds per contest for the Hawks, who are 2-4 on the season. Hanvey led the Hawks in scoring last season as a freshman at 10 points per game.
