Julia Kay Arbeiter, 62, of Waterloo, born May 1, 1961 in East St. Louis, died April 11, 2024, at Mercy South Hospital, St. Louis.

Julia worked at the workshop at Human Support in Waterloo.

Surviving are  her brother Dennis (Linda) Arbeiter of Fosterberg and sister, Brenda Appel of Dupo. She was also a dear aunt, cousin and friend.

She was preceded in death by her parents Russell and Delma (nee Stepp) Arbeiter; 

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. April 21 at Braun Family Funeral Home and 9-10 a.m. April 22 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Columbia.

A funeral service will follow at the church with Pastor Stephen Krenz officiating. 

Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis.
