Jennifer M. Candler (nee Linker), 67, of Waterloo, died Aug. 12, 2024, in Fenton, Mo. She was born Nov. 25, 1956, in Red Bud.

She is survived by her husband Kevin Candler; son Kendall Candler (Donalyn Bliss); brother and sisters Gerald (Deborah) Linker, Deborah (Phillip) Lamm, and Jackie (Paul) Hoffmann; nieces; nephews; cousins; and friends.

Jenny is preceded in death by her father Jerome B. Linker; mother Louise A. (nee Koenig) Kohnz; stepfather Floyd Kohnz; mother-in-law and father-in-law Red and Betty Candler; sister-in-law Sharon (Keith) Dearing; and niece Kimberly Candler.

Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Aug. 17 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Columbia with Father Steve officiating.

A celebration of life and meal will immediately follow the Mass.

As an expression of sympathy, the family prefers memorial contributions to: family’s choice; Humane Society of Monroe County; or Clifftop.
