JeanAnn Mary Qualls | Obituary
JeanAnn Mary Qualls (nee Stahl), 77, of Dupo, died Oct. 29, 2015, in St. Louis.
She was born May 3, 1938, in Valmeyer, daughter of the late Henry W. and Hazel M. Stahl (nee Palmer).
JeanAnn retired from the Dupo Grade School as a secretary after 22 years. She was a member of Christ United Church of Christ in Dupo; Dupo Chamber of Commerce, where she was secretary; and she had worked part-time for the Prairie du Pont Water District.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Clarence Ed Qualls; daughters Deborah Keys, Melissa (Dennis) Reichert and Christine (Keith) McDannold; son Tim (Heather) Qualls; grandchildren Jodi (Brian) Stephens, Kenny (Jennifer) Keys, Andrew Keys, Dereck (Nichole) Reichert, Emily (Andy) Camden, Adam (Fiance Chelsea) McDannold, Lucas McDannold, Samantha Qualls, Colten Qualls and Lily Qualls; great-grandchildren, Waylen and Hailey Keys, Hunter Stephens, Eli and Nolan Reichert and Henry Camden; aunts Sylvia “Babe” Mentel and Jean Kukis.
She is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Sandra Durbin, her granddaughter Deena Reichert and her son-in-law Kenny Keys.
Visitation is Nov. 1, from 2 to 6 p.m., at Leesman Funeral Home, Dupo.
Funeral services will be Nov. 2, at 11 a.m., at Christ United Church of Christ in Dupo, with Rev. Todd Mushaney officiating.
Interment will follow at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville.
