Jean M. Frame (nee Becker), 93, of Waterloo, died March 24, 2024, in Waterloo. She was born March 12, 1931, in St. Louis.

She was a member of Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Waterloo and former member of St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church in Cahokia.

She is survived by her children Raymond Frame, Donna (Ed) Fricker, Joyce (Bob) Downey, Barbara (Gary) Biggs and Denise (Fred) Manning, 14 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband John Andrew Frame; son Steven Michael Frame; granddaughter Lisa Dawn Frame; grandson John Jason Woods; parents Edward and Myrtle “Meme” (nee Grieshaber) Becker; sister Shirley Mautz; and brothers Bob, Jack and Gerry Becker.

Visitation is 9:30-10:30 a.m. March 27 at Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Waterloo.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated following visitation at the church with Father Linus Umoren C.M. officiating.

Interment will be at Valhalla Cemetery in Belleville.

As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: Alzheimer’s Association; American Cancer Society; or donor’s choice.
