Injury reported following incident at Paderborn tavern

Hecker first responders assisted Millstadt EMS and the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department in treating injuries due to a disturbance at Karban’s Knotty Pine tavern, 4569 Buss Branch Road in Paderborn, shortly after 2 a.m. On Sunday.
