I-255 Southbound Ramp to IL Route 3 Southbound – Monroe County

The Illinois Department of Transportation today announced that on June 23, road construction will begin on I-255 Southbound Ramp to IL Route 3 Southbound (Columbia Exit) to patch areas where the pavement has failed. The location of the construction will be on the I-255 ramp to Route 3 Southbound. This work is expected to be completed by Wednesday, June 25, weather permitting

IDOT asks that motorists to patient, reduce speed, watch for stopped traffic ahead, and use additional caution when traveling near and throughout this work zone. Flaggers will direct traffic through work zone.
