Roger and Carol Hoffman celebrated their 50th anniversary Aug. 10, 2013.

They were married Aug. 10, 1963, at St. John’s United Church of Christ in Valmeyer.

An anniversary celebration took place Sept. 1, for family and friends at the home of their son Kris.

The couple’s three children and their families hosted the celebration.

They are blessed with three children: Craig (Kris) Hoffman, Annette (Kip) Harm and Sheri (Brad) Toenjes.

Their seven grandchildren are Kyle and Reid Hoffman, Tyler, Brandon and Drew Harm, and Kate and Reese Toenjes.

In celebration of their anniversary, Roger and Carol vacationed in the Hawaiian islands.
