Millstadt fire and EMS personnel responded at about 2:30 p.m. Thursday to a two-vehicle head-on collision in the area of 5000 Floraville Road south of Freeburg-Douglas Road in St. Clair County. There were injuries reported but no other information was immediately available at this time. The Millstadt Fire Department cleared the scene at about 3:30 p.m.
