The Waterloo Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in identifying this individual seen in surveillance footage at Rural King in Waterloo the evening of Jan. 31. Police said this subject is wanted for a retail theft. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call the WPD at 618-939-3377.
