Garryn L. Hasty and David R. Marlen

Garryn L. Hasty of Imperial, Mo., and David R. Marlen of Columbia announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Garry and Denise Hasty of Imperial, Mo. She is a graduate of Windsor High School, Imperial, Mo., and University of Missouri – St. Louis. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in communications at Saint Louis University.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Donald and Nancy Marlen of Columbia. He is a graduate of Columbia High School and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He is employed as a geospatial analyst at VerticalGeo, O’Fallon.

The couple are planning a July 3, 2016, wedding.
