Scott and Hannah Rohlfing of Waterloo are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Harper Quernheim Rohlfing.

Harper was born Sept. 25, 2019 at 11:31 p.m. at Missouri Baptist Hospital, St. Louis, weighing 7 pounds, 4 ounces.

Harper is the sister of one-year-old Natalie Rohlfing, granddaughter of Allyn and Trudi Rohlfing and Doug and Nancy Quernheim. Harper’s great-grandparents are Wanda Quernheim and Joe and Judy Mathews.
