This week’s Republic-Times Athlete of the Week is Waterloo High School senior golfer Haley Faus, who finished with a sixth place showing at the IHSA Class A State Golf Tournament over the weekend. Faus finished second overall at regionals and fourth at sectionals on her way to this year’s state tournament. Last year, Faus placed 16th at state.
