Jennifer Gentsch of Hecker and Joseph Kiefer of Valley Park, Mo., have announced their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Michael and Lisa Gentsch of Hecker. She is a graduate of Waterloo High School, and a 2011 graduate of Lindenwood University with a bachelor’s degree in international business, and a 2012 master’s degree in international studies. She is employed as an admissions advisory at National American University, Weldon Spring, Mo.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Martin and Beth Kiefer of Valley Park, Mo. He is a graduate of Valley Park High School, Valley Park, Mo., and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in biology with an anticipated graduation May 2013. He is employed as a banquet server at Ameristar Casino, St. Charles, Mo.

The couple are planning a May 25, 2013, wedding.
