The Republic-Times Team of the Week is the Freeburg-Waterloo Raging Bulldogs hockey squad coached by Scotty Roberts. The Raging Bulldogs swept Triad in two straight games early last week to capture the Mississippi Valley Club Hockey Association Varsity 1A championship. For the season, Freeburg-Waterloo went 16-8 in the regular season – including a 15-2 record against 1A teams – and 4-0 in the MVCHA playoffs. Team members were Parker Stoll, Ryder Neff, Michael Gildehaus, Jason Jarlsberg, Logan Sherman, Braden Neff, Aidan Banning, Conner Blair, Ty Griffin, Evan Turpening, Alex Schilling, Christopher Luncinski, Jackson Carter, Zach Bonenberger, Cohin Reynolds, Caiden Anderson, Kole Schilling, Layne Wilkens and Austin Hopfinger.
