From Columbia Animal Hospital:

“He is an un-neutered male Jack Russell Terrier. He seems to be an older guy. He is wearing a black collar & is not microchipped. He was found this morning, April 18, in the Gilmore Lakes area, Columbia, IL. He is at Animal Control now. Please call 618-939-8681 x238 if you know him.”
