Fire call on Ames Road

The Red Bud Fire Department was paged around 2:35 p.m. Monday to 2637 Ames Road in Monroe County for a pasture on fire, which was nearing the woods.

The county remains under a “No Burn Order” issued by the Monroe County EMA.
