A rally by We the People of Southern Illinois takes place this Saturday, Dec. 11, at the Monroe County Courthouse Bandstand. The gathering is to “raise community awareness of mental health and the Constitution,” per a promotional flier. Speakers include Monroe County Sheriff Neal Rohlfing, a licensed counselor and others. Concerned parents are encouraged to attend. “We the People” is not affiliated with Human Support Services or any other local mental health organization.
