The events take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
House of Neighborly Service is hosting a book fair at the old fire station (223 S. Main Street) from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
Santa arrives by carriage at noon Saturday and will be in the Santa Hut until 4 p.m. He will also be at the Santa Hut from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday. Frosty and Rudolph will also be on hand both days to meet youngsters.
On Sunday, Waterloo City Hall offers coffee and peanut cake and the Waterloo Municipal Band will perform at the courthouse bandstand at 1 p.m.
