The Waterloo High School Band Parents Labor Day Flea Market this weekend as it returns to the Monroe County Fairgrounds this Saturday, Aug. 31, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 1, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Parking and admission is free, but there is also early bird admission is available an hour prior to posted times for $5 each day.
