Stubborn German Brewing Company, 119 S. Main Street in Waterloo, is hosting Sausagefest this Saturday, April 15, in honor of its seventh anniversary in business. The celebration begins at noon, and the Deutchmeister Brass Band plays at 6:30 p.m. There will be a sausage competition, Birthday Bock release and plenty of bier.
