The Phantom Festival returns to Prairie du Rocher this Saturday, July 13. From 2-7 p.m., the grounds of the Creole House on Market Street just south of Duclos Street will have kids games, music, food, a petting pen, tours, artisans and crafters, 18th and 19th century re-enactors and more. Most village businesses will also be open  during the festival. At 8:45 p.m., the Phantom Funeral procession will ride from Henry Street (Route 155) to Market Street.
