The Millstadt Library, 115 W. Laurel Street, will be holding a Halloween party from 6-8:30 p.m. Oct. 31. Visitors may trick-or-treat all evening at the library. There will be games, activities and an invitation to dress in your best vampire costumes to celebrate 100 years of “Nosferatu,” which will be shown at 7 p.m.
