The Monroe Actors Stage Company production of “Unnecessary Farce” will open at the historic Capitol Theater in Waterloo this weekend, Feb. 3-5. Additional performances will be Feb. 10-12.  All Friday and Saturday performances begin at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday matinees are at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $14 for general admission and $12 for seniors (age 55 and over) and for students.  Reservations may be made by calling 618-939-7469 or by visiting masctheatre.org.
