Monroe Actors Stage Company will be hosting a fundraiser on Halloween, this Saturday, October 31, from 1:00PM to 4:00PM at the Monroe County Courthouse bandstand in Waterloo. There will be four scenes for children to choose as backgrounds for their photo including Fall, Princess, Spooky and Superhero. The photos will be taken by a professional photographer with a suggested donation of $5.00 for the printed photo. There will also be some MASC members in costume for character visits.
