As part of Prairie du Rocher’s 300th anniversary, Mardi Gras will be celebrated this Saturday, Feb. 26, with numerous activities in the village.

A Sons of the American Legion 5K and Fun Run takes place at 9 a.m. For more information, or to register, visit runsignup.com.

A Mardi Gras Parade takes place at 2 p.m., starting from the church parking lot and continuing to the American Legion. To enter a float or for more information, email dianes@getbc.com.

A pet parade at the old firehouse takes place at 2:15 p.m. Email maxmia2@hotmail.com.

A bar crawl begins at 3 p.m., with a $25 per person fee to participate. Email dustikykycade@hotmail.com.
