Great Ladies of Waterloo host their annual GLOW in the Dark Holiday Parade at 5:30 p.m. this Saturday, Nov. 30 in downtown Waterloo.
From Gibault Catholic High School, the parade will travel from Columbia Avenue to Main Street, continuing south to Mill Street and traveling west to Library Street.
