All boys and girls ages 9 to 14 are invited to participate in the annual Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship next Saturday, Jan. 20 at the Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic School gym, 222 W. Mill Street, Waterloo. Doors open at 9 a.m. for registration with the competition beginning at 10 a.m. There is no cost to participate. Eligible participants will compete in their respective age divisions. All contestants on the local level are recognized for their participation in the event. Participants are required to furnish proof of age and written parental consent. Local winners will be invited to compete at the district level.
