A retirement party for longtime local University of Illinois Extension director Pam Jacobs takes place from 2-6 p.m. this Sunday, Jan. 12 at Monroe County Fairgrounds in Waterloo.
A presentation takes place a 5 p.m.
Light refreshments will be available.
