The Valmeyer Jaycees will have its final fish fry this week from 4-7:30 p.m. at St. Mary’s Church Hall, 116 W. Woodland Ridge. They will also have dine-in or carry-out service,  with cod or shrimp plates and homemade sides.

The fish buffet at Annbriar Smokehouse Restaurant concludes at 1524 Birdie Lane, Waterloo, from 4-8 p.m. April 18. The buffet includes cod, pollock, jack salmon, and catfish. Sides include mac ‘n cheese, hush puppies, homemade clam chowder, salad bar and desserts. Cost is $19.95 for adults and $10.95 for kids ages 5-10. Children ages 4 and younger eat free.
