The rescheduled Eagle Fest event will take place next Saturday, March 12, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Jerry F. Costello Lock & Dam in Modoc.

There will be eagle-watching with spotting scopes and attendees can meet feathered friends from the World Bird Sanctuary at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Wildlife presentations by Animology will be at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Viewing of an eagle nest with a mated pair of eagles will be available throughout the day.

Food will be available from local vendors.

This event is free to all to attend.
