The Monroe County Health Department said the Illinois Health Department will operate a mobile COVID-19 test site in the parking lot of the Monroe County Annex, 901 Illinois Avenue in Waterloo, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 10-11 and Oct. 16-17.
“This is a drive-up site and no appointments are taken,” Monroe County Health Department Administrator John Wagner said.
