The annual Bright Night Christmas Parade featuring floats with festive holiday lighting takes place at 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2 on Main Street from Temple to Cherry streets in downtown Columbia.

A holiday social follows the parade from 6-9 p.m. at Turner Hall, 211 E. Cherry Street.
