Join Clifftop board member and SWIC biology instructor Laura Schaefer for a guided prairie tour from 9-10:30 a.m. this Saturday, July 15, at the Paul Wightman Subterranean Nature Preserve, 3255 G Road, Fults. Topics of discussion will include plant identification with a focus on what’s in bloom, prairie plant ecology and ethnobotany. There will be a one-mile walk along the ADA accessible trail. Attendees will meet at the pavilion. Bring water to stay cool. This is the first in the summer series. Tours will also be Aug. 19 and Sept. 16.
