The Flutter Farm Butterfly Festival is Sept. 9 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Southwestern Illinois College Red Bud Campus, 500 W. South  Fourth Street. Activities at the event will include a monarch butterfly habitat and insect/pollinator information table, the opportunity to build an insect hotel, inflatables for all ages, SWIC Ollie’s Eatery Food Truck, a nature scavenger hunt and more.
