Columbia’s July 4 Celebration will be held at American Legion Post 581, 375 E. Locust Street. Food will be ready at 11 a.m. Bingo begins at noon. A washers tournament starts at 1:30 p.m. with a kloepper tournament at 4 p.m. Of course, there will be fireworks at dusk.
