Dustin and Crystal Liefer of Red Bud announce the birth of their daughter, Elsie Ann Liefer.

She was born at 4:47 p.m. Sept. 13, 2014 at St. Anthony’s Hospital in St. Louis.

Elsie weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and was 20.75 inches long.

She was welcomed to the world by big brother Payton, 2.5.

Her paternal grandparents are Terry and Justine Liefer.

Maternal grandparents are Bruce Falkenhain and Larry and Cindy Ebers.

Her great-grandparent is Luella Cowell.
