The Republic-Times Team of the Week is the Dupo High School girls basketball team. The Tigers (22-9) won nine straight games, including postseason victories Saturday over O’Fallon First Baptist and Monday over Nokomis, to advance to Thursday’s regional final at home against Okawville. Dupo went unbeaten in the Kaskaskia Division of the Cahokia Conference. Dupo’s season came to an end in the regional final Thursday night against Okawville, 53-29.
