Diana L. Pulcher | Obituary

Diana L. Pulcher, 71, of Waterloo, died April 12, 2024, at her home in Waterloo with her family by her side. She was born on Jan. 13, 1953, in Poplar Bluff, Mo.

She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Waterloo. Diana loved to make Barbie Doll clothes and stuffed animals for children. She spend many hours in her vegetable and flower garden, working in her yard and watching and feeding birds.

She is survived by her mother Ellavee of Columbia; daughter Deanna and son Ricky; grandchildren Anthony Lobillas, Shyanne Bovinett and Shayne Bovinett; great-granddaughter Julianna Lobillas and special friend James Murdoch; daughter Jennifer Murdoch; sister Jane (Leroy) Washausen of Waterloo; Charlotte (the late Don) Mehrtens of Millstadt, Rhonda Little of Smithton and brother Sherman W. Pulcher of California; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father Sherman Pulcher; sisters Verna Joyce (Bill) Wright Yvonne  and (Rick) Henson; nephew Scott Pulcher; and niece Jessica LaDuke.

A graveside service will be held at a later date at St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery in Columbia.
