Dupo Tigers softball, the R-T Team of the Week

This week’s Republic-Times Team of the Week is the Dupo Tigers softball squad coached by Greg Pennock. The Tigers improved to 29-6 on the season with a 9-0 win over Pleasant Plains in the Class 2A Litchfield Sectional on Wednesday. Dupo plays Williamsville in the sectional final at 11 a.m. on Saturday for the right to advance to the U of I Supersectional in Champaign on June 2.
