Debra L. Douglas nee Davis, 58, of Waterloo, died June 8, 2015, in St. Louis.

She was born May 2, 1957, in Sigourney, Iowa, daughter of the late Leland L. and Sarah Maxine (Porter) Davis.

She is survived by her children Mike (Dione) Kelley, Brandy Douglas-Dille, Stephen (Rebecca) Douglas and Christopher Douglas; grandchildren Shannon and Cullen Kelley, Steven Phillips, Emily Werp, Grayson and Griffin Douglas; and sister Jackie (Michael) Nobels; along with nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents and son Jacob D. Douglas.

A memorial visitation will be at Quernheim Funeral Home,  from 5 p.m., to 7 p.m., Wednesday June 10.

As an expression of sympathy, memorials may be made to United Cerebral Palsy or American Heart Association.
