Visitation took place May 1-2 at Welge-Pechacek Funeral Home in Red Bud.

Funeral services took place May 2 at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to New Life Church in Waterloo or Vitos Hospice in Fairview Heights.

Marion Henry Vanover, 89, of East Carondelet, died April 22, 2014 in East Carondelet.

At Mr. Vanover’s request, there will be no services.

The family prefers memorial donations to go to Christ United Church of Christ in Dupo.
